My friend went to the hospital in the ambulance and they made him wait in the waiting area for four hours without ever taking him back. We finally left and went elsewhere. The triage was condescending, the nurses were rude. What the heck! You get paid to treat people, compassionately. Please do better. We don't have alot to choose from in Joplin. I know you think you are little tin Gods but you arent. People come to you because they need help and instead you treat them very badly. Show some compassion. I have never ever seen anything as bad as triage. The nurses talk about you as if you aren't there. No one cares here. I have heard that the triage here is bad but had not experienced it until last night. What a shame Freeman. Do better!!!!
