Me and my fiance waited 7 hours in the waiting room to be seen. The triage nurse or whatever her name is. I believe it is Roxanna,had called my fiance's name quietly through a cracked door when it came time for her name to be called. I had walked up to a gentleman and asked him if my fiance's name was called and fortunately he told us that our name had been called to be sent back to a room. The triage girl, Roxanna approached us in very rude and hostile manner. She was screaming at me in front of others in the Trauma department. She started running her mouth and making very rude remarks towards me. I said something about her unprofessional behavior and then she jumped at me, ran towards me. Then started screaming in my face, in front of other physicians. She continued to be rude and hostile and anytime I had went to say something to her about her abusive behavior, she wanted to start opposing threats towards me and telling me I would be escorted out of the hospital by security because of her own foolish and selfish actions. She and anyone else she works with were putting sick peoples lives at risk for some stupid photos. If it were up to me I'd have her career pulled out from underneath her. This hospital is a complete JOKE. and their staff should REALLY be proud of themselves for letting something like her work for them.
