My neighbor needed a ride for a procedure at Freeman Health scheduled for noon. Almost 8 hours later I hear he’s finally out. Only took 7 hours to finally start the procedure. Communication sucks last update I got was at 3 saying we’re still waiting but I could come in and wait. Tried calling back an hour ago but they closed the office at 5 so no answer.
