You have a sign on your icu door that says no cellular se yet all your nurses are constantly on their personal phones you can see what their on when u walk behind them and it’s personal stuff they congregate at a desk and laugh which isn’t very compassionate to patients are laying there fighting for their life they should be caring for the patients. They never comb their hair they are the most insensitive nurses except for a few of them you have a Hugh problem with cell phones and standing around
