not your usual problem
first stop was with lee ann in service. she was very helpful and sent me a video to solve a blue tooth problem i was having in my honda civic. after downloading the file the phone still would not connect. when i called back i talk to the receptionist and she directed me to garth in sales. he said if i could come by he would set up my phone. i arrived and he came right out and after attempting to get my blue tooth to work he went and got another sales person and he tried to get the phone to work with no success. he told me to go to service and i explained to the service person my problem and he got the tech and i pulled inside and the tech worked on it trying several different ways to connect my phone. he was the one that got it to work. blake the tech took his time and explained everything to me so i could add other phones without having more problems.
this seemed like a lengthy process but every one did every thing they could to help me and never gave up. this is the kind of service that makes everything work.
