I went in for an oil change and the price was significantly less than other times I went in. I asked the service guy why that was and he looked into it and saw that they have been charging me the price for HIGH milage oil. I only had 30,000 miles on my car. I don't think that qualifies as HIGH milage. Also, any time I have a problem with my van, I get the same 2 responses. We can't find a problem or my favorite, its a "safety" feature. When I lock my car, my windows are not supposed to roll down 1/4 inch. But they say its a safety feature. Also, i have been through 2 batteries in 4 years and they tell me that its normal because of the Oklahoma weather. I own 4 cars and on the other 3, I replace the battery once every 5 to 7 years. But my battery lasting 2 years is normal. When I take my car in for an oil change, by gosh, they have a list of things that need to be replaced or fixed but when I take it in with a problem, its a safety feature or we can't seem to find the problem. Go figure.
