Bad vehicle and no customer support

I have purchased 2 vehicles from canby ford and have had issues with both. I purchase a brand new 2014 fusion and so new that i had to wait for ford to finish making the car. Right off the assembly line the passenger head was stained and there were rough dimples/gouge s in one of the center console and because I didn't notice them when I picked the car up canby ford refused to replace them. When i purchased the car i also purchased canby Ford's higher end warranty package, so as the car got older the drivers side door panel began to seperate at the handle, the dash began to bubble, and a few other issues developed. When i asked them to repair it ford said they were "wear items" and not covered under the warranty. Last I checked everything on a vehicle wears...

I let the issues with fusion go as none of them were mechanical and decided to give them a second chance and purchase a low mile used truck, which I had to find out the hard way was sold with a bad head unit that had to be completely be ripped out and replaced. It was also sold to me with a loose exhaust bracket, a bad 110 plug, a key fob with a dying battery, all because canby ford didnt feel like inspecting the truck, they saw low miles and figured "ahh its good" and threw it on the lot.

This vehicle is not my daily driver as I use a work vehicle, its my weekend warrior, and yet in the time ive had this truck its been in canby Ford's service center for over 10 days, some of which cost me directly out of pocket. And no one at canby ford has done anything to make up for this. I will never go back to canby ford, and if someone really wants to purchase a ford I would suggest finding a better dealership than canby ford.
