This is my second time working with Carpet Spectrum and I was really pleased. They came to put in new flooring upstairs, and they came when they said they would come, and finished the job exactly on schedule. They were very courteous, and thoughtful about not tracking in mud and dirt, and very considerate. They went went above and beyond, and even helped me put all my furniture back in place. I was just so impressed by their integrity, kindness, and the patience with which they explained what they were doing. I will definitely be going back soon, because when I find somebody that you trust and does a good job, I stay loyal to them.
