Terrible service, the people who replaced our carpets in our new home were rude and acted as if they did not want to be there. And once we had to replace the carpets in our old house, the carpet guys were supposed to arrive at 8:30-9 but did not show up until 10 and did not apologize for the inconvince. Instead, they looked at me with blank stares and were nothing but rude. The gentlemen who replaced our hardwood did not know what they were doing and messed up the upstairs. It took them a week to finish a project that could have been done in two or three days. There is no way that I would ever recommend this company even to my worst enemy.
