Had a burst pipe under home and had to leave our home for 5 months. we were on a roll in getting everything done and had order the flooring that we wanted when our homeowners insurance company was giving us a timeline to get back into our home. Carpet spectrum waiting until a week before telling us that the truck got lost with our flooring and we had to suddenly pick another floor as it was too late to shop around and get someone else to do it. We pick out another floor and was told that it was scratchless as well as had a 25 year warranty. well, low and behold the kind of people they hire is what you get. We have been trying since right after they installed it to get them to come out as the floor is coming apart and it is not due to the sub floor which is their "christian" way of saying was at fault as this is in other areas of the home and they did not even get up to the wall which shoe mold will not cover. they will not come and fix this and the slightest movement will scratch the floor. this is very cheap materials in which they will tell you it is the most expensive. (by the way I am also complaining to the manufacturer on them). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY USE THEIR CHRISTIAN AS THEIR EXCUSE.
