My husband and I were referred to Carpet Spectrum by a friend to repair and refinish our hardwood floors. It was a disaster. They removed some wood and replaced it with the wrong wood. We have red oak and they used white oak that didn't come close to matching our wood. The sanding and refinishing job was so bad we asked them to stop and we hired someone else. Too many blunders to include in this review. To make matters worse, they were non-apologetic and only gave us a partial refund - even though the owner told me his son agreed the floors looked awful. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
