We had the entire house re-floored--carpeting and tile. They made the selection process fun and the installation was as good as they could make it. The experience was grueling but they did their part and we are extremely satisfied with the result. They even made some carpet runners for the bath and when I wasn't satisfied with the color we had chosen, they gave us a great deal to redo in a different color. I feel like we made friends. Their follow-up has been exceptional.
