I called on a Friday and made an appointment for 8:30 a.m. on a Monday. I told them I needed two 220V outlets installed. He came promptly at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, but he had not been told what the scope of work I had requested was. So, he had to leave to get the parts. I am not sure what he did until around 11a.m. Then he said he had to leave to get more parts and eat lunch. He got back about an hour later and finished the job at 1:30 p.m. I think the charge was around $600. He charged me for 5 hours of labor, although he was gone for 1.5 hours because he was not prepared, and I had to pay for the time he was eating lunch. I was totally screwed by their charges and lack of communication with each other. However, he did a good job, but it took him forever.
