We've been using Rucker Mechanical for a number of years and they regularly do our heat and air conditioning maintenance twice a year. About six years ago we had a slab leak and they came in and rerouted all our water, so now we don't have any worries about slab leaks. Also, earlier this year we had a sewer issue. We had an old Orangeburg sewer. Rucker did a full line replacement, added new clean-outs and put in a backup preventer. We are super happy. It was expensive but worth it for the great peace of mind it brought us. Also, if we ever sell the house the next people will be happy about it.
