We've had very few issues with Rucker Mechanical and have been using them for years. It's become a joke that I can call and they know who I am. We use them for electrical, plumbing, and heat and air. They helped us when we had to replace all our air conditioners. They were able to gave me a list of all the former replacements dates for each unit. They went online and got an overhead view of our building. It was above and beyond. I can't begin to describe how impressed I was. They are very efficient when I call. Sometimes I don't even expect them if it's a busy time, but ninety-nine point nine percent of the time they show up.
