Way overpriced! Slow workers!

The guy from Rucker Mechanical did a good job, but it was overpriced. He spent an hour and a half at the rate of one hundred eighteen dollars per hour going to get parts that he should have had on his truck. He replaced two angle valves for me and charged over five hundred dollars, which was excessive. I've used Rucker Mechanical before, but not for a while. Now I remember why I stopped using them.

Jim, we are sorry that you were not completely satisfied! We are more than happy to refund an hour of time that you feel you were unfairly charged. This job did require dual angle stops, and typically something like this would only require one dual angle stop and that is what the technician had on his van so he did leave to get another one. We can refund for this time and we are sorry that you feel you were charged excessively. We definitely want our customers to feel they are treated honestly and fairly.
