I just used Rucker Mechanical for the first time and it's like night and day between them and my old plumbing company. I had become so used to bad service that I had almost forgotten what it was like to be treated like a human being. Rucker Mechanical is a wonderful company! Their employees were nice and professional throughout the entire experience and their rates were reasonable. My old plumbing company charged me more and half the time they didn't even fix what was wrong. This time I had a backed up pipe and a cracked pipe. They cleared the clog and they replaced the cracked part of the pipe. They did a great job for me and I will definitely be using Rucker Mechanical again. I am also telling all my friends about them! They are exceptional every step of the way!
