This was my first experience with Rucker Mechanical. I had them come out and clear a drain line for me. I thought the plumber did a decent job, and he did fix the issue in a timely manner. He was friendly and helpful was quick in responding to my questions. I would have appreciated a little more detailed explanation of what was going on with the plumbing, as he did inspect it. I thought that they were a little on the expensive side compared to other companies in the area. In addition, after this drain issue was cleared I had another issue that sprang up shortly after they were here. I have decided to go with a different company to resolve the current issue.
