I have used Rucker Mechanical three times. Once in the past and twice recently. I had a leak around my garbage disposal and the technician that they sent out repaired the leak and replaced the garbage disposal. I also had issues with two toilets and the technician had to replace a part in both of them. He had the part for one of the toilets but had to leave for an additional part which I think caused this visit to be longer than it would have been if the parts were in his van at the start. Both jobs were well done and the technician was on time and pleasant and personable. He let me know what he was doing and what he needed to do. Everything is running as it should and I will use them again if needed.
