This was my first time using Rucker Mechanical. I needed to have an outside hydrant and some issues under the sink repaired. They scheduled the appointment quickly and the plumber arrived on time. He serviced the hydrant and the issue under the sink. After he left both of the fixes failed. They hydrant malfunctioned and the sink started leaking. I called them back out and they returned and made the repairs again. Despite all this, I would use them again if necessary. I am happy they didn't balk at coming back out and taking care of the issue.
