This is Pat Drew. I am the one who called for service. Aubrey is deceased. I would have given 5 stars for service but the plumbers left the cover of the overflow on my bathtub just hanging. I called for them to come back and fix it but it is still not in right and when I shower water will leak through and go under my tub. I really need someone who knows how to fix it to come back and do it right. I use Rucker for all my plumbing and air conditioning problems and this is the first time your people have not fixed everything they took apart.
