We are very sorry for any confusion regarding what was agreed upon. Your health is most definitely and concern and a priority to us. We were unaware that our techs on site were not wearing a mask or gloves on site at your home. We have since had a meeting to clarify these issues and those employees have been reprimanded. If at any point you have an issue with our techs or our service please feel free to reach out to Mrs. Rucker at the office any time. If there is anything specific we can do at this point to regain your trust or to make the situation better please let us know.
