Rucker Mechanical has been doing wonderful work for me for years! I used them at my old house too then when I moved to this new home they have been servicing the units here as well. I have the annual maintenance contract with them so they come out twice a year to check the units for summer and winter. When I got the new house I wasn't sure about the features of the unit and the technician showed me the features and took the time to explain some things about it. They have always been very kind and always take the time to answer any questions I have for them. They always arrive on time and even call while they are on their way. Their inspections never take very long and, knock on wood, I haven't had any problems but if there were problems like I had in the old house they would take time to explain what they had found and what they could do to fix it. They are always very thorough. What I think I like the most is that they are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. They don't try to sell me things that I don't need or get me to buy other services that I don't need. They are very upfront with me and I appreciate that. I have recommended them to family and friends. In fact, my sister now uses them as well! Without a doubt I recommend using Rucker Mechanical!
