I am the kind of person who likes to try to fix things himself, so when I tried to replace a digital thermostat, I caused a breaker to break, and a transformer inside the unit to stop working. I called Rucker Mechanical and they were out here the next day to help me. The Oklahoma weather can change in an instant and I did not want to be without a functioning air and heat unit. I am about 6'4", and I could barely get in close enough to the unit up in the attic. The man they sent out was about my size, and he had no problem at all getting right to it. He really knew what he was doing. He had me all fixed up in no time! He was a very courteous and professional person, and he had all the parts he needed with him on his truck. He did not try to upsell me or anything like that. I was very satisfied with them. They really did an excellent job, and I definitely and highly recommend Rucker!
