Kim Botner did not listen to me or perform the services I needed. I wanted just dimensional color and a cut. She translated this into all over color and not doing the cut I wanted. I am now left with magenta colored hair and I flat looking short bob. I had wanted dimensional color only because I didn't want the horrible look of all over obvious root growth. With just dimensional color, it grows out more naturally and does not eliminate the gray that I wanted in it. Britney the store manager provided absolutely no help and refused to fix the color only the cut. I wouldn't pay Kim Botner a penny to shave my dogs $@!#%. Worst ever. Double booking and poor customer skills. Also, spent the whole time in agonizing pain due to Kim grinding her hair color brush into my super sensitive scalp.
