I went in and had my hair done on 11/11/23 with another stylist, who wasn’t my usual. Normally I see Maddie and she does an amazing job on my hair everytime, always gets me to my platinum that I love. She was booked up this time so I decided to try someone new this one time because I didn’t want my hair to grow out even more. She had Maddie’s formula to go by but she somehow turned my hair gray! I was so embarrassed and unhappy with my hair , nothing like what I asked for. I am so disappointed that I paid about $175 with tip for her to ruin my hair! I will never trust anyone else with my hair except Maddie. I am requesting to have a refund or a credit for my next visit with Maddie. Hopefully this company will stand by their service and me as a customer! I have been a loyal customer for so long now that they need to make this right!
