After ingesting bug spray off the floor the doctors there didn't ask what type of poison it was except Dr tepper. He asked what type it was and it was Ortho home defense. Her body was not flushed with IV fluids but they did run a blood work on her and her liver enzymes were elevated. She said bring her back in 2 weeks and we will check and see if it's elevated again and then check her for cancer. I was made to worry all night long anyway for the blood work because somebody who answered the phone there told me something else was going on with my cat besides her teeth and not wanting to eat. She's not at the doctor she said so she can't say what it is and I asked her if I needed to worry all night and she said yes. Okay. Why did you say something in the first place? Totally unprofessional and their prices are ridiculous. They charge you for rechecks and if you need to work your pet in for some reason they charge you an emergency fee and no other vet I have ever been to has ever done any of those things. It's fine for other people if they're used to that. When I called and desperation I was also told that this was an ongoing issue. Yes. I wanted to see if I could get her help if it could be anything other than cancer and there were other alternatives. She's resting now but panting pretty hard and I've been bawling all morning. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I don't say this lightly
