John Watt is the best find in the industry! ALWAYS on time and does an EXCELLENT job. The complex where I live all uses Good Housekeeping. My husband spilled red wine on our carpet about a month after Good Housekeeping cleaned them - John came out and go rid of the stain and didn't charge us - that's the kind of company they are!
