Mike at Schneller BMW a good guy and a great mechanic. He's such a BMW enthusiast. He takes really good care of my car. I'm always learning from him. In fact, he helped me choose the best year for my car and found the 2009 X3 for sale in Virginia. For him, and for a lot of his customers, a car is more than just transportation. Being a race-car driver adds to his enthusiasm and knowledge. It's hard to find anybody I trust as much as Mike. He's pro-active. If I bring my car in for an oil change, he'll let me know if something else needs attention. If there's something wrong, he finds it in advance. He looks out for me by encouraging me to get things done before they break. It kind of saves me money in the long run. He's always updating me on the status of my X3. The other guy he has working for him is also a high-level mechanic. Together, they are great. Schneller BMW gets five stars from me.
