Mike, the owner of Schneller BMW, is a great guy and he really knows his stuff. He does a terrific job for me. He is professional and fair, and his prices are reasonable. I say that as a person who grew up in a Packard dealership, and then a Studebaker-Packard dealership, and finally a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I worked in them with my father and we took great care of our customers. Absolutely to the nines! Mike and Schneller BMW are a throwback to that kind of service. He does his utmost to take care of his customers the same way we did, and it is encouraging to see that. He pays attention to detail. We take our 2006 Mini Cooper S to Schneller BMW. It is the last year those vehicles had a supercharger as opposed to the later models that had turbo charger. Therefore, we want our car to last as long as possible. We drive from New Hampshire, which has no sales tax, to Massachusetts, which has a large sales tax, just to obtain the benefits provided by Schneller BMW. Because frankly they're the best!
