I've been using Schneller BMW for going on 3 years now and Mike has been great for me. There is such a big difference between a dealership and a company like Schneller BMW, they are very detailed and really take their time with every customer. Mike is very friendly and goes out of his way to create a relationship with you, I know he always has my back. It's great that I get to deal with the owner directly because he makes sure to keep his promises and remain on schedule. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend anyone to check them out.
