I bought a used BMW from Schneller BMW. Rather than take it elsewhere, where I believe there is great service but charges higher, we found Schneller close by where we live and after meeting with Mike, I felt we were going to get direct, first-person service and that has proved to be the case! I don't feel like I'm just talking to a mechanic, I am dealing with the guy who runs company. Though the mechanic is very, very impressive as well! We feel we are an important customer when we come in, and that personal touch and complete attention is what I've always expected in my automotive service and I get it here! This is also the first BMW I've owned, and Mike and his staff are experts, and so I depend on them to help me maintain my car in the best shape. I don't want to take it to a guy that works on other kinds of cars, and this is all he does. They're also two miles from my house, which works to my benefit as well!
