We lost entire roof and half of our siding in recent hail storm... in the middle of selling our house. Worst timing possible. Worked with insurance adjuster, and got our work done FAST which was critical given the house being on the market. We're now closing in 3 weeks, so the new owners have a brand new, outstanding Paramount roof... hope they know how lucky they are!
