I have had problems with my flat roof for many years (ice dams followed by leaking roof down my interior drop ceilings and drywall, which then needed to be replaced - no an inexpensive or inconvenient process). Two previous roofers did work which still resulted in the above failures.
Paramount evaluated the problem from an engineering standpoint. Thanks to their work, I have not had a problem in the past two years. All done quickly and cost effectively.
