I was disappointed in the work done by Tri County Furniture. I had five chairs that needed to be refurbished and I was not impressed with the work. The re-gluing was done poorly and the chair is still wobbly. I was also disappointed with the re-upholstering work. The fabric is nice, but they were supposed to be done in a box form design instead of the flat form design that the chairs came back with. There also seemed to be some paint scrapping even though we did not ask for the chairs to be refinished. The chairs came back very quickly, which is good, but that may also mean that the quality of the job was not done as well as it should have. Even though the results of the work were poor, the customer service was fine. The employees were caring, informative, and pleasant to work with. This was my first time using Tri County, but I will probably try a different company the next time I need refurbishing.
