They were fabulous to work with! Their staff members were so helpful, and they steered me in the right direction. They reupholstered my living room suite, which includes two chairs, a couch, and a love-seat. These pieces were my mother's and grandmother's furniture (the chairs belonged to my grandmother), so it was important to me to have them redone well. These pieces are old and had to be rebuilt, so I had talked to a friend who said Tri County Furniture were good. I went into their store and had no idea what I wanted because I've never had furniture reupholstered. I looked at all these books, and a female team member came out and helped me sift through the upholstery samples. After I had an idea of what I wanted, I still didn't know what was available, but this team member was very helpful and able to give me various suggestions. From there, we efficiently honed in on what I wanted. I really appreciated that service, even though it was in store and not at my home. It was very nice, and I met the man who the did the re-upholstery. He was very professional and very warm. After that, they came and picked up the furniture from me, and they said they would have it back in six weeks. They had it back in five weeks, and it was absolutely perfect. They were great!
