Luv My Pet is a mobile veterinary clinic that visits PetCo locations in the city of Chicago and its suburbs each weekend. They provide a full package of vaccinations for cats and dogs of all ages, as well as heartworm medication and tick/flea preventatives. They also offer a voucher for microchipping your pet so they can be found if they're ever lost. I've used this service for three years with my dog and two cats and we love the convenience and very competitive cost for vaccinations and basic check-ups.
