Let me start by saying thanks for coming out, but on the flip side of things the meeting at first started out fine then it quickly turned bad, the tech Frank was rude he started getting short with me and l didn't like it at all. He was getting frustrated because he had other appointments I understand that but we matter as well, he would get irritated for the littlest things I would ask him. If he didn't want to do our appointment he shouldn't have came. Overall, I don't want him coming to my home again, and I felt hurt and sad that we were treated like that.
