My gas furnace quit working. When Duane got here, he was very efficient, friendly, and polite. It only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem and give me a quote for repairing it. He was very understanding about my need to get financing for the repair. He told me to give him a call when I was ready and he would gladly come back out to do the repair.
