Ty knew my furnace inside and out, and its history, as he had serviced it before. He diagnosed the "no heat" problem and repaired what was wrong in short order. I had originally thought I could fix the furnace myself, but realized it had problems beyond my ability to remedy. Ty made short work of the repair in spite of my inquisitive interruptions. I couldn't be more satisfied as a customer.
