We were having furnace problems- our furnace would start and temporarily start 3 times before it started distributing the air in the exchanger. We placed a service call and was given a date by Carly then she called back and moved up the date by half a day. Sterling came out, was very professional, explained what we should be doing to get greater use out of our furnace. Our furnace is now running as it should.
Our first experience with Sierra Air was in our first house in NV. in 1990 when they installed our air. We have always been satisfied with their work.
