Jorge from Sierra Air carried out the repairs on my heater today. He was on time, super friendly and professional and diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes which was that the ignitor unit had burnt through so the heater defaulted to off. He and his colleague put in a new unit and cleaned up the system from all the dust accumulated then carried out a run test - all was good and my house rapidly returned to being nice and warm!
