I was amazed I could get an appointment within a reasonable time in my rural area (Portola) and with a reasonable trip charge from Reno. Joe arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. He was very patient in explaining what needed to be done to get my heater working. He also explained that unit should be replaced due to age but with no hard sell. I will definitely call Sierra for a quote. Good company to do business with.
