Over the last few days my wife and I had a Sierra Air crew installing a new furnace and air conditioner and the next day another crew followed up with duct cleaning. We both felt that the two crews, as well as Kelly in sales, were great. The jobs were done by well trained techs who acted both professionally and friendly. The crews were on time and completed the tasks efficiently. Following the installation, Kelly dropped by to inspect the job, answer any questions we had, and explain the warranty.
