Greg inspected and cleaned our furnace, an hour after he left we heard a noise that concerned us, he came back and rechecked everything. There was nothing wrong with the furnace (It was the sound of the gas in the pipes). He was extremely professional and courteous. He made sure that we understood exactly what was going on in a way that was easy to understand.
