Annual Heater Inspection by Michael Stevens
Michael called us in advance to give us a "heads
up" on his arrival time.
He was extremely courteous to us and explained what the service call involved and quickly commenced his work on the heater. When I asked about the cover panel sitting in front of him, he showed me why a technician has to manually bend a cover panel to remove it to access the internals of the heater (obviously designed by an "engineer" ("I don't have to work on it, only design it(attitude)"). Please pass this design flaw (only causes more work to do an annual PM Service) on to the Rheem people to rethink "engineer".
When Michael was finished, he went over the check off list for the heating section. Everything was good to go (it's only 18 months old - a baby system).
All in all, Michael's work and demeanor show a high degree of competency and dedication to his company's reputation.0
