I will NEVER go back to Spring Valley Dental. I was told I needed a deep cleaning and was given a quote. I went in to have the service done today 10/23/19 and somehow it was decided I needed to pay more than was quoted. Needless to say I refused to pay more than was quoted and told by the front desk person I could not make another appointment until I pay the balance. The office manager was present and never came out to discuss. Very unprofessional team. Years ago I recommended this location to many people I work with. I will share this experience with everyone I can. I will be turning this over to my attorney if I receive a bill.
