Dunlevy was the attorney for a trust, and he had been involved in a family matter for more than 30 years. When there was a death of the person living in the real estate, my client who inherited the property suggested perhaps I interview Dunlevy (since he had handled matters for their aunt and brother) to see if he would be the one to best resolve the title matters. I contacted him and I did feel that it was in the best interest of the estate to continue to work with him.

Throughout the process he filed petitions with the courts, dealt with heirs, appeared in court, and did all the proper filings. As the real estate broker handling the property sale, I appreciated that he had good responsiveness with me. He was very fair with the pricing; some attorneys try to gouge people but he seemed extremely fair.
