You have to pay in advance to have your dog receive heart worm pills. You also need to pay for a full examination. That means they insure you that your pet is breathing. My dog had to have stitches and he was there all day from 8am and pick up was 5 pm. They said he could drink when he got home. We were driving home and he was crying in the car. They never gave in water all day. Incase he might have thrown up they did not want to clean anything.
