I took my things to Extra Space Place because my husband had just got a new job and we were moving. I was also pregnant at the time, and the office staff were so nice. They actually helped me and walked with me out to the storage unit. They stood there and made sure I was able to get in. I appreciated that they were willing to get up from the desk and go out with me and stay there to make sure I was safe. Every time I went in there they were extremely courteous and I really appreciated that. Their customer service is excellent; all the receptionists were really nice to me. I never had any problems even though it was a different person every time. They said to call whenever I needed assistance and to come by whenever I wanted. Their facilities are clean and spacious, with a lot of room to maneuver your car. Their prices are good, too. You really feel like you are valued and you are in good hands with them.
